Insurance Assistance
Our practice accepts most dental insurance
programs used by major employers in our area.
Our fees are based on the quality of the
materials we use and our experience in performing your needed
treatment. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $400 are paid in full by cash, check or debit card on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted in our office. Extended payment plans are available based on credit approval. Twelve months no interest qualification process is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes' time.
